1.CHOOSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP 

/ MyFitness 13 Club Daily Package – EUR 29 (Mon-Fri 6:30-15:00, Sat&Sun 9:00-21:00).

/MyFitness 13 clubs Full Time Package – EUR 45 (no time limit).

/ If you would also like to visit the pool, choose the MyFitness 14 Club Daily or the MyFitness 14 Club Full Time Package, both of which include the MyFitness Radisson Sports Club.

2. WHAT TO PUT IN YOUR BAG

/Comfortable gym wear.

/Training shoes. No shoes are required for the Body&Mind classes.

/We recommend drinking water during physical activities – water can be purchased at the MyFitness reception.

/ Training towel.

/After the training class you can visit the sauna or SPA area, so don’t forget your swimwear.

/A towel, shower accessories and slippers.

3.FIRST TIME AT THE GYM? TRY GYM ABC

/If you are mostly interested in the club’s gym, apply for the GYM ABC class and learn everything you need to know about the equipment of the gym.

/During the GYM ABC class, a personal trainer will show you around the gym, tell you about the different types of equipment, and demonstrate them.

/You will also be able to try the gym equipment for yourself. Just like all of the other classes, GYM ABC is included in the price of your pass.

4.GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

/MyFitness clubs offer more than 50 different types of group training classes.

/To find the most suitable training classes for you, we recommend experimenting at the beginning and attending a few different classes with different instructors.

/Pay attention to the division of our training classes:

  • Red – cardio classes
  • Black – strength classes
  • Green – Body&Mind classes

/If you are new to physical activities, start with our green training classes, as they have a lower intensity (this doesn’t necessarily mean that they will be easier).

/Don’t be shy and inform the instructor before the training that this is your first time, and if you haven’t understood how to perform the exercises correctly, please ask.

5. PERSONAL TRAININGS

/A Personal Trainer will help you achieve your goals faster, safer and in a much more exciting way than if you were to do it alone.

/Our Personal Trainers are not only professionals in their field, but also very smart and friendly!

/They will motivate you when you feel like giving up and support you in accomplishing the impossible.

6.BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

/In order to objectively assess your physical condition or the results of your training, apply for a body composition analysis.

/This service is available in the following MyFitness clubs – Matīss, Galleria Riga, Imanta, Barona Centrs, Zolitūde, Dzelzava, Alfa, Aleja.

/The price of a Body Composition Analysis is EUR 15.
