There will be two parts.

First part will be 12 minutes long: 

  • 50 kettlebell thrusters.
  • Till the end of time, *3 replicates  “staircase mood” Calorie Assault Bike and Dumbbel Devil’s Presses.

*Example:

  1. 3 kcal Assault Bike, 3 Dumbbell Devil’s Presses.
  2. 6 kcal Assault Bike, 6 Dumbbell Devil’s Presses.

PAUSE for 1 minute.

Second part will be 1 minute long. 

  • AMRAP (as many reps as possible) Lateral Sticks Jumps.
