The sports club is located in Shopping Center Aleja on 2nd floor. Its area takes up to 2,000 m2. The gym is equipped with the latest generation fitness equipment from Technogym. The spacious premises have a separate Functional area, CrossTraining area and the Pure Strength Zone for those who prefer heavy weights. There are 3 rooms intended for the group fitness classes for strength, cardio workouts, for low-intensity and harmonious activities. Special classes for seniors. After the workouts everyone is welcome to relax in sauna.
Barre
Barre workout is getting more and more popular. This workout is inspired by classic ballet movements and exercises. MyFit barre workout concentrates on muscle endurance; it does not include dance or ballet.

If you are in particular interested in the gym, apply for GYM ABC – a tour in the world of the training equipment.
