Personal training is faster, safer, more fun and systematic than training on your own.
All Personal Trainers are smart and friendly; they are great motivators who will take you one step further than you thought you were capable of! Personal trainers will help you to outdo yourself and to improve your daily self-esteem and courage!
We provide individual and group personal training sessions (two to five participants).
During the personal training the instructor:
- chooses appropriate exercises and the correct load
- teaches and monitors the correct exercising techniques
- assigns the intensity of the training
- puts together the training plan needed
- motivates and encourages, and makes the training interesting
