  • ROW – Rowing on a training device with any resistance level. Judge training devices will reset each supplier.
  • Alternating Snatches – Pulling the dumbbell over your head. The exercise starts with the removal of the dumbbell from the floor and ends with the lifting of tear movements above the head. To count one full repeat, the hand above the head must be completely straightened and touched to the floor by lowering the dumbbell.
  • Box jump overs– Jump over the box. To count one full repeat, the jump must have been made with both legs and both feet must land on the top surface of the box. A member doesn’t have to straighten his leg completely on the box. A member downstairs can both lect and descend – the main rule that both feet are on the floor on the other side of the box.
  • Goblet squats – The dumbbell is held with both hands at the chest. The depth of the lap is by lowering the hips slightly below the knee height and at the top, the member must fully straighten
  • Chest to Burpees over the rowing machine – The jump can be executed with both the view and the side against the training device and must be done with both feet at the same time. During the burpee, the member’s thoracic must touch the floor.
