In my trainings I am always trying to reach as much as possible in the shortest time. Group lessons are not long, therefore, I have to think to provide the maximum effect each time. In addition, training should be suitable for customers with a variety of physical fitness, so that everyone can feel and see the progress. I especially love the interval training, i.e. the active force strength training for muscle toning, cardio – vascular system strengthening, metabolic activation and fat burning. Even though you might have occasional laziness for the athletics, the key is to come to training hall: the pleasant feeling of fatigue and the sheer satisfaction after proper training will motivate to continue. It really is addictive!

My hobby is traveling and active leisure, such as challenging hikes in the mountains, or spending free time in different activities, which always brings special emotions. Furthermore, I like cooking in the kitchen, experimenting with a variety of healthy recipes. One of my favorite dishes is oatmeal with bananas and homemade peanut butter, a real dessert.
