Fitness yoga exercises not only strengthen the deep musculature that supports the locomotion system stability, but also check our patience, because it is so fundamentally contrary to the usual daily rush that makes us stop for a moment, calm down and listen to our body. In particular, I would like to emphasize the importance of stretching exercises class that will promote flexibility and full range of motion in the joints, which is so necessary for people today.
Since I continue my education at Riga Stradins University in the health sports program, in my classes I try to emphasize the proper performance of exercises, which are crucial for the maintenance of our health.
Many think that I am a “slow type”, because I teach fitness yoga classes, but it is not so at all! At the moment, it happens that I do what I love to do but I can combine it with administrative duties also.
There was a time when I worked with pregnant women and children in kindergartens.

I like spending my free time on my roller blades or riding my bike, and end it with a great swim. I love nature, people and life in general.
Curious and instructive it is when a client at the end of the lessons when there is a short relaxation part, in the silence of the room, takes up a variety of strength exercises, because while the others are having rest, something more useful can be done! This is a story of patience, stopping even for a moment, because in our life is too full of tension.
