What is Booty Studio?

A workout focused on the lower body and glutes, combining cardio training on a Stairmaster and lower-body strength training exercises.

Workout Description

A 50-minute combination of cardio and strength training where stepping on the Stairmaster alternates with strength exercises targeting the lower body, while also engaging the entire body. Burn a lot of calories on the Stairmaster and then train your legs, core, and upper body.

Good to Know

Bring a water bottle and a training towel. Arrive 5 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the workout and the trainer. Latecomers are not allowed to enter.

Book a trial training session

You can attend a trial training session at any MyFitness club only once. Participation in group training is subject to availability. A trial session costs €5.
