To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a notice to the club either in person or by email.To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Please note that if the service is used during the withdrawal period, we will deduct a fee for the used period in accordance with the applicable price list.
The membership contract has to be signed by the legal representative (parent/guardian) if the member is under 18 years of age. To join the club, please visit the club together with the legal representative.
For corporate clients online joining is not available and the joining process can only be completed at our clubs on site.

The monthly membership fee can be paid using automatic invoice payment if a Membership Agreement and an e-invoice automatic payment agreement have been signed. You can apply for automatic e-invoice payment through your internet bank.
