The sports club is located on the 2nd floor of the shopping mall Spice Home. Entrance to the sports club from 06:30 and after 21:00 through entrance A.

Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym machines and free weights. It is designed for a balanced full-body workout, with zones for targeting different muscle groups. MyFitness experienced personal trainers are always happy to help you.

The club features spacious group training studios offering a variety of workouts. The schedule includes group training for both beginners and experienced athletes, offering both MyFitness concept classes and general training programs.

This is a group workout in a special studio where the best pilates exercises are combined with fitness exercises, focusing especially on mobility and flexibility exercises. It is a full body workout aimed at improving posture and developing a functional body.

A full-body workout that develops strength, endurance, and agility through a variety of exercises. The workout constantly challenges your abilities, allowing you to quickly and consistently improve your fitness and endurance.

Working with a personal trainer helps you achieve your goals more efficiently. Personal training offers you knowledge of safe and effective exercises tailored to your fitness level. MyFitness trainers are specialists who provide reliable support throughout your training journey. Personal training is available individually, with a friend, or in small groups.

The club features steam and dry saunas, ideal for relaxing and recovering after an intense workout.

You can attend a trial training session at any MyFitness club only once. Participation in group training is subject to availability. A trial session costs €5.
