7 Private group training sessions for youth

Specially designed and tailored training programs for youth in small groups under the guidance of a certified personal trainer.

Adolescence is one of the most important stages for developing healthy habits. Regular physical activity not only helps build strength, endurance, and coordination, but also improves self-confidence, concentration, and emotional well-being. Research shows that young people who engage in regular physical activity are more likely to maintain an active lifestyle into adulthood.


That is why MyFitness has created a new training format – private training sessions for teenagers in small groups of 2 to 4 participants. A certified personal trainer will help participants feel comfortable and confident in the gym, develop strength, movement skills, and body control, while reinforcing healthy habits and self-confidence. Participants will also gain knowledge that will enable them to train independently, safely, and effectively in the future.


The training program is tailored to the participant’s age, physical fitness level, and stage of development. Small groups ensure an individual approach to each participant while maintaining a motivating team atmosphere and the opportunity to train together with friends.


The 7-session private training program costs EUR 135 per participant. In addition to paying for the 7 private training sessions, the participant must have an active MyFitness membership – either a Youth Membership or a Standard Membership (available from the age of 15).


Payment: The member makes one payment (EUR 135.00) for participation in the training program. The fee includes all 7 training sessions with a personal trainer in a small group. In case of absence, the trainer has the right to mark the session as used and assign independent training tasks.

You can attend a trial training session at any MyFitness club only once. Participation in group training is subject to availability. A trial session costs €5.
