2. Contraindications
The use of red light therapy is not recommended in the following cases:
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Diagnosed skin cancer
- Acute sunburn
- Acute thrombosis
- Use of photosensitizing medications (e.g. certain antibiotics, antidepressants, retinoids)
The service is available from the age of 16.
If you have chronic conditions, are undergoing active treatment, or have any other health concerns, we recommend consulting a physician before using the service.
3. Usage Guidelines
- Session duration: 12–20 minutes
- A minimum interval of 24 hours must be observed between sessions
- Remove jewelry, piercings, makeup, and SPF products before the session
- Use the protective goggles provided in the room
- If you feel unwell, stop the session immediately
4. Scope of Service
Red light therapy provides well-being and relaxation before and after workouts. The service is not a medical procedure and does not replace a doctor’s consultation, rehabilitation, or other medical treatments.
