Compression Boots User Guide

  1. The Compression boots device can be used after signing Annex No.1 to the Membership Agreement.
  2. The device is available to all MyFitness Members.
  3. Each club Member who has signed Annex No.1 can use the device once per day.
  4. One session lasts 15 (fifteen) minutes.
  5. Sessions cannot be booked in advance, i.e., the device is used on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. The session is activated with the Member’s card, by scanning it at the card reader located next to the device.
  7. To use the device, the user must be fully dressed (using the device in dirty clothing is prohibited).
  8. If the session is interrupted, it cannot be reactivated on the same day.
  9. Before and after the session, the device must be wiped down with a disinfectant.

Compression boots are not recommended if you have:

  • Any serious diagnosed illness
  • Chronic high blood pressure
  • Superficial vein blockages (thrombosis)
  • Deep vein thrombosis (the device is strictly prohibited!)
  • Pregnancy
  • Ongoing treatment for blood clots
  • Coronary artery disease (narrowing of the arteries)
  • Cerebral artery disease
  • Hemophilia (blood clotting disorders)
