MyFitness offers a wide choice of exciting training programs which will help you to achieve your goals by training in a small group under the guidance of a Personal Trainer. The mutual and effective goals are set for the whole group. We offer you a great opportunity to join a group of four people; this way of exercising is less expensive than personal training session but more effective than the class for a large group.
