RollShaper roller massage helps to reduce post-workout muscle tension, but is also an effective way to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to remove toxins from the body and thereby improve metabolism. If you wish, you can also turn on infrared light, which penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin and helps to remove toxins deposited there. A special sequence of machine positions has been chosen following the principles of lymphatic massage.

HOW TO START?

  1. Stand to the side where the fan is;
  2. Register the card;
  3. With arrows choose program  (from 21 to 25);
  4. Press “START”;
  5. Follow the instructions.

In each position you will spend on average from 1 min to 3 min. When it’s time to change position, RollShapers will  let you know with the sound effect.

If you do not want to follow any of the positions offered above, then choose the program with the number 20. The roller will rotate in one direction and you will be able to change the positions at your discretion.
