ON YOUR WAY
MyFitness sports clubs are located in the shopping centres for your convenience. With MyFitness membership you can work out in all 11 sports clubs, which means that in the mornings you can visit the sports club near to your home, in the evenings – the one which is closer to your work place or university and during weekends – drive to another sports club and try out something new.
During this year 3 more sports clubs will be added to your pass – in the s/c Alfa, in Purvciems and Ziepniekkalns.
YOUR TRAINER
Whatever you choose – a group training, an individual personal training, a training together with a friend or working out in the gym, you will be supported by a professional trainer who knows what he is doing and knows how to teach it to other people. Only trying out various things will allow you understand what kind of workout you like the best. If you ar not sure what to do – start with this.
MYFITNESS LIFESTYLE
MyFitness unites people who strive for a beautiful body and an uplifting mood after a hard training. They are people who work out with their favourite group trainer or in their favourite MyFitness gym during weekdays, and relax in MyFitness SPA area, take 15 000 steps, run 10 km or play squash with their friends during weekends.
MEMBERSHIP
In order to start training in MyFitness, you have to register on website (EUR 20) or in any of sports clubs (EUR 30). After registration you will become a MyFitness member with open-ended agreement and will receive your monthly invoice by e-mail.
Price of the membership depends on the time of the day you wish to train and the option of visiting MyFitness Radisson sports club with a pool. The day-time membership costs EUR 29 EUR (MyFitness Radisson is not included), while the price for the full-time membership is EUR 44 (MyFitness Radisson is not included). Group trainings are included in the memberships’ price.
