CLIMBING WALL TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE!

1. The first use of the climbing wall must be in the presence of the instructor, when the client is introduced to a climbing wall and technical safety instructions.

2. After the introduction of instructions, client acknowledges that he or she has been introduced and understood the climbing wall safety instructions and undertakes to comply with
the safety instruction independently.

3. The client is fully aware of the potential risk of injury. In the case of injury, there will be no claims against the club.

4. All of the required safety equipment is used on climbing wall.

5. The client has the right to seek for sta at the club in case of injury, unwellness and other such cases, so that qualified medical personnel could be called.

6. Persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by experienced and competent adult who signs and undertakes full responsibility for this person.

7. Wall climbing performed with appropriate safety equipment. If personal equipment is used, it is required to coordinate with the club.

8. With the club’s inventory, client undertakes full responsibility for the damage. Clients should follow the inventory and condition of the wall and, as necessary, inform the club’s staff on
the damage.
9. Material responsibility is brought up for intentional inventory damage, which is determined by the club’s administration.

10. The Administration has the right to ban from the club from and/or terminate subscription card without any compensation if intentional damage of inventory occurs.

11. Using the climbing wall, it is prohibited to use bulk talc and sub-standard equipment.

Safety

12. Securance must be 2-3 m away from the wall using the braking device (securance with hands is prohibited).

13. At the start of climbing, always make sure, if the safety carabiners are properly secured, if properly chain-up is carried out and if the safety partner is ready to start.

14. Using the wall, climbers must pay attention to climber movements, safety rope and act according to the situation. Always yield to climbers above.

15. Visitors who do not climb must not interfere with climbers and stand near the climbing wall without a reason.

16. Inventory and other personal belongings, which are not used for climbing, must be placed outside the climbing area.

17. When standing next to the climbing area the internal rules of procedure must be obeyed. It is forbidden attend sports club premises under alcohol, narcotic or other intoxicating substances.

18. In case of any accident, notify the club staff immediately.

19. First-aid kit is available at club staff.

20. Club personnel has the right to keep out a client o or forbid the access to the climbing wall at any time, if any of these climbing wall safety rules is violated.
