In fitness I started out as a customer in 1998. I discovered Body Bike in 2004 and since 2007 I have been working as a BB trainer and a power aerobics instructor. I’ve also participated in BB master classes of various seminars.
All these years I have been running BB classes without interruptions. It has become my favorite work and great passion. From this work I get both positive emotions and good physical shape.
