USAGE
- The solarium package (hereinafter referred to as the “service”) entitles the Member to use the solarium cabins (hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”) in accordance with these terms of use. The service is available only to Members with an active membership agreement.
2. The equipment may be used no more than twice per week, with a minimum interval of 48 hours between sessions.
3. The maximum duration of a single session is 10 minutes.
4. If a session is interrupted, it is not possible to restart the equipment on the same day.
5. The equipment is used on a first-come, first-served basis – prior reservation is not possible.
6. The right to use the equipment is personal and may not be transferred to other individuals.
7. The Member assumes full responsibility for the use of the equipment and for their own health.
8. After each use, the Member is required to clean the solarium cabin using the disinfectants provided by the Club.
9. Every 6 months, the Member must complete and sign a new consumer questionnaire.
10. The Member confirms having read and agreed to follow these terms throughout the period of service use.
FEES
11. The Club reserves the right to unilaterally change the service fee by publishing a notice on the Club’s website and/or in the Pricelist. If you do not agree with the new price, you have the right to terminate the service addendum within one month.
12. Payments are made in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
13. The service fee is mandatory regardless of the actual use of the equipment.
VALIDITY
14. The service becomes effective upon the first payment. By making the payment, you agree to these terms of use.
15. The service remains valid indefinitely until the end of the Membership Agreement or until the service is separately terminated.
16. The service can be terminated independently from the Membership Agreement by contacting the Club.
17. It is not possible to temporarily suspend the service independently from the Membership Agreement.
OTHER TERMS
18. In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of the Membership Agreement shall apply.
