• 17.03.2024 – I battle, MyFitness Sāga, Latvija.
• 11.05.2024 – II battle, MyFitness Rīga Plaza, Latvija. 
• 15.06.2024 – III battle, MyFitness Aleja, Latvija.
• 03.08.2024 – The Final, Latvija, near to MyFitness Spice Home.

COMPETITION FEE

Till 30.04.2024.

• MyFitness members 15.00 EUR with VAT – one battle.
• Other 20.00 EUR with VAT – one battle.

from 01.05.2024. till 10.05.2024.

• MyFitness members 20.00 EUR with VAT – one battle.
• Other 25.00 EUR with VAT – one battle.

CONTESTANTS

• Women and men who are at least 18 years old.
• Participants must be athletic.
• Be confident in your health that the race won’t do any harm.

COMPETITION CATEGORIES

• Women advanced level – heavier weights will be used.
• Women intermediate level – lighter weights will be used.
• Men advanced level – heavier weights will be used.
• Men intermediate level – lighter weights will be used.

COMPETITION BATTLES

• The competition will be in both countries.
• First three battles will be in each country. Three in Latvia, and three in Estonia, at the same time.
• The Final for both countries will be in Latvia.

POINTS AND TASKS

• It doesn’t necessarily take all battles stages to get to the final, but of course it makes it more likely to get to the final.
• TOP 24 contestants from the all 3 Battle in total will go to the final.
• Tasks will be different in each Battle. You’ll be able to check out the tasks both on our website and on social networks.

REGISTRATION

• Maximum in one battle can participat 54 participants.
• Registration can do only in MyFitness web-page.
• After registration you will get the registration approval in e-mail, after 48h. There will be also the link where You can choose Your start time.
• The registration will be closed one day before battle.
• Registration fees include: competition planning, competition site preparation, exercise equipment, judges, marketing materials, awards, photo galleries, and etc.
• The competitors money is returned only in case the competition is cancelled by organisers.

THE PRIZES

At the end of each round, the first three-place winners at each level and by gender will be awarded. The awards will be groomed from our collaborators

• First places 180 days period card to MyFitness.
• Second places 90 days period card to MyFitness.
• Third places 60 days period card to MyFitness.
