PADEL by MyFitness Rules

  1. Padel courts can be booked up to 21 days in advance via the Playtomic app or website.
  2. Use of the Padel courts and/or watching games is permitted for individuals from the age of 7. Children aged 7 to 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  3. Individuals from the age of 15 who are not a MyFitness member, a €5 entrance fee applies at the club reception. The entrance fee grants access to the gym, group classes (if available), changing rooms, showers and the sauna.
  4. Available booking durations are 60 or 90 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down time.
  5. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
  6. Court lights turn on automatically at the beginning of your booking and turn off once your reserved time ends. Please vacate the court promptly when your session time finishes.
  7. Cancellations must be made through the Playtomic app or website no later than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
  8. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and may result in restrictions on future bookings.
  9. Racket rental – €5 per session; balls available for purchase on-site.
  10. Players are responsible for the proper use and return of rented equipment.
  11. The sports club reserves the right to demand full compensation from the visitor for any direct material damages caused by the visitor’s actions or negligence, including but not limited to damage to equipment, facilities, or other property of the sports club. The amount of compensation shall be determined based on the actual damages incurred.
  12. Training or coaching sessions on the Padel court are permitted only for persons approved by the MyFitness administration.
  13. When using the PADEL Personal training service, the client is responsible for making the court reservation in a timely manner and ensuring its payment.
  14. Payment for the personal training session must be completed at the MyFitness reception before the start of the session.
  15. A personal training session may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before its scheduled start. If the session is not cancelled within this timeframe, the trainer has the right to charge the full fee for the missed session.
  16. Visitors who are not MyFitness Members are not required to pay the €5 club entrance fee during a personal training session. This exception also applies to personal training with a friend or in small groups.
  17. Playing or using courts without a valid booking is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in a penalty fee of €50 and/or suspension of booking rights.
  18. MyFitness reserves the right to change the assigned court to another of the same type or to cancel a booking due to unforeseen maintenance, safety issues, or other operational needs. In such cases, players will be informed as soon as possible and offered a suitable alternative or refund.
  19. By entering MyFitness Sāga, all visitors and players confirm that they are subject to the MyFitness Sports Clubs Internal Regulations, these Padel Rules, and the Good Manners at the Gym rules.
  20. Any breach of the rules mentioned above may result in a penalty fee of €50, temporary suspension of booking rights or, in serious or repeated cases, permanent exclusion from the club.
