The goal of this training is strengthening of health, extending of functional capabilities, raising of the level of physical development, and maintaining of support and movement apparatus.<\/p>\n<p>Various training modes may be used during the programme: aerobic, strength, flexibility development mode, breathing exercises, and development of coordination.
