Even when you already have something in common \u2013 an interest in staying active, a similar lifestyle, or maybe even the same workout schedule.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And who knows \u2013 the person you might one day train with, grab a coffee with, or simply start by saying \u201chi\u201d to might already be working out right next to you.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A green MyFitness wristband with one simple message:<br\/><br\/><strong>I\u2019m open to meeting new people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe you\u2019ll find a new workout buddy. Maybe someone who shares your interests, or a new friend. And maybe life has another surprise in store.\nGreen Band makes no promises and creates no obligations \u2013 it simply makes it a little easier to notice each other.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SPOT THE GREEN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re open to meeting new people, pick up a <strong>Green Band<\/strong> in the MyFitness lounge area in MyFitness R\u012bga Plaza or MyFitness Galleria Riga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s free, and no registration is required.\nWear it on your wrist or put it around your water bottle and simply carry on with your day. Work out. Grab a coffee. Someone wearing a Green Band may still want to finish their workout in peace, be in their own thoughts, or simply not feel like talking at that particular moment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notice. Say hi. Be respectful.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the conversation flows \u2013 great. You can take, wear or remove the wristband at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tGreen Band is free of charge, and no registration or personal information is required to receive one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tGreen Band simply means that the person is open to meeting new people. This could mean a new friendship, a workout buddy, someone with shared interests or simply a pleasant conversation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tWearing a Green Band does not indicate romantic interest or automatically imply consent to conversation, flirting, physical contact, photography, filming, exchanging contact information or any other form of interaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tA person wearing a Green Band always decides whether they want to talk or continue an interaction at that particular moment. If someone does not want to continue the conversation, their choice must always be respected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tBe mindful of the situation. During a workout, someone may want to focus on their training even if they are wearing a Green Band.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tA Green Band is not a reason to repeatedly approach someone who has already said or indicated that they do not wish to continue the interaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tAll usual MyFitness club rules and standards of behaviour remain in effect during the Green Band initiative. Harassing, offensive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour is not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tIf someone\u2019s behaviour at a MyFitness club makes you feel uncomfortable or crosses your personal boundaries, please speak to a MyFitness staff member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also wear the Green Band outside MyFitness clubs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tMyFitness does not organize or control interactions, meetings or relationships between individuals and is not responsible for their actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tGreen Band is intended for people aged 18 and over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tMyFitness reserves the right to change the initiative, its terms or its availability at participating clubs, or to discontinue the initiative if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And most importantly \u2013 <strong>Green Band simply helps people notice each other.
