On 17 December, 2021, the <\/strong>MyFitness S\u0101ga<\/em> sports club was opened at <\/strong>S\u0101ga <\/em>shopping centre located in Bi\u0137eru 4, Dreili\u0146i. <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The total area of premises reaches 1700 m2<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

MyFitness<\/em> continues to move towards its goal of making a fitness club available to every member of the public, both in terms of location and the offered range of fitness activities. It is another strategically important location for the MyFitness <\/em>sports club chain, improving the quality of life for the residents of Me\u017eciems, Dreili\u0146i and Ulbroka.<\/p>\n

Representatives of the shopping centre developers inform that S\u0101ga<\/em>\u00a0offers a concept that is already recognized in the\u00a0world, but new to the Baltic market, combining shopping for home and garden, all sports, recreation,\u00a0health\u00a0and office centre. And now the opening of the MyFitness<\/em> sports club will be another important addition to already unique centre.<\/p>\n

Now, when the issue of health has become especially topical in society, the importance of physical activity is also emphasized by specialists in the field of medicine, as well as numerous studies have been conducted to substantiate the positive impact of physical activity on mental and physical well-being. We are pleased that more and more people are starting to take care of their health preventively and regular training in sports clubs becomes their daily habit.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The MyFitness<\/em> S\u0101ga <\/em>sports club is located on the second floor, and its total area is 1700 m2<\/sup>. It hosts a spacious and modern gym equipped with the world\u2019s most renowned Technogym<\/em> machines. Two rooms are assigned for group activities \u2013 for strength training, cardio workout and for calm and harmonious exercise. Also, the MyFitness<\/em> concept BOXBOX trainings are available in the MyFitness S\u0101ga<\/em> club.<\/p>\n

There is also sauna, that is an integral element of MyFitness <\/em>sports clubs and is highly appreciated by long-standing members of MyFitness<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The sports club is also equipped with a special examination room where instructors perform body tests to find out the person\u2019s biological age, lean body mass, body fat etc. These indicators are not only of interest for the client but also essential for the instructor to prepare an accurate and effective workout programme.<\/p>\n

The <\/em>MyFitness company was founded in 2008 in Estonia, when the first sports club was opened in Tallinn. <\/em>MyFitness quickly became the biggest sports club network in Estonia; in just a few years it raised the number of its sports clubs to a double-digit figure. In 2014, <\/em>MyFitness entered the Latvian market and is now the biggest network in the Baltics.<\/em><\/p>\n
