We are improving MyFitness network coverage and the overall service offering to our members. Our dedicated team works very hard to improve the standards, to bring in the latest trends, to promote fitness and motivate more people to be active. In new location we will increase the group trainings schedule with new group class concepts and introduce new products. Our first goal is to upgrade club premises closer to the MyFitness standard as soon as possible, which also includes the construction of saunas. Previously <em>People Fitness<\/em> operated in these premises.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2021\/07\/T6A8308-HDR-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-165068 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/t6a8308-hdr-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"513\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>MyFitness Up\u012btis<\/em> is 2200 m2 wide and divided into zones on three floors. High-quality gym with modern and professional equipment from <em>Life Fitness<\/em> and <em>Hammer Strength<\/em>. The club has four group studios that will offer large variety of trainings.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2021\/07\/T6A8408-HDR-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-165080 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/t6a8408-hdr-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"513\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The MyFitness company was founded in 2008 in Estonia, when the first sports club was opened in Tallinn. MyFitness quickly became the biggest sports club network in Estonia; in just a few years it expanded the number of its sports clubs to a double digit figure. In 2014, MyFitness entered the Latvian market and is now the biggest network in the Baltics.
