{"id":36529,"date":"2025-11-20T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/?post_type=nd_document&#038;p=36529"},"modified":"2026-09-08T12:18:37","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T09:18:37","slug":"polarwave-cold-therapy-chair-terms-of-use","status":"publish","type":"nd_document","link":"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/en\/documents\/polarwave-cold-therapy-chair-terms-of-use\/","title":{"rendered":"PolarWave Cold Therapy Chair \u2013 Terms of Use"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Cold Therapy Chair may be used only after signing Appendix No. 1 to the Membership Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The equipment is available to all MyFitness Members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Member who has signed Appendix No. 1 may use the Cold Therapy Chair <strong>once per day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One session lasts <strong>3\u20137 (three to seven) minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions cannot be booked in advance. The equipment is available on a <strong>first-come, first-served basis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To start a session, scan your Membership Card at the card reader located next to the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Cold Therapy Chair may only be used while fully clothed. It is <strong>strictly prohibited<\/strong> to use the equipment while wearing dirty clothing, swimwear, or swimming trunks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a session is interrupted, it <strong>cannot be restarted or repeated on the same day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shoes must be removed before the session begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please leave coats, bags, and other personal belongings in the changing room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before and after each session, the chair must be cleaned using the disinfectant provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Cold Therapy Chair is not recommended for individuals with:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cardiovascular diseases (including heart disease, high blood pressure, or coronary artery disease)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pregnancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peripheral vascular disease or deep vein thrombosis (DVT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respiratory diseases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neurological disorders (such as epilepsy or nerve damage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raynaud&#8217;s disease (Raynaud&#8217;s phenomenon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diabetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cold agglutinin disease<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancer or ongoing oncological conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced sensitivity to cold or hypersensitivity to cold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skin injuries, cold urticaria (cold-induced hives), open wounds, or skin infections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A history of severe allergic reactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of medications that affect heart rate or blood pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fever or an infectious illness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals of advanced age or children under 16 years of age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcohol or drug intoxication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1920\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1080 \/ 1920;\" width=\"1080\" controls src=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mf_polarwave_notxt.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"author":7408,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-36529","nd_document","type-nd_document","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>PolarWave Cold Therapy Chair \u2013 Terms of Use - MyFitness sports club<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitness.lv\/en\/documents\/polarwave-cold-therapy-chair-terms-of-use\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"PolarWave Cold Therapy Chair \u2013 Terms of Use - MyFitness sports club\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"The Cold Therapy Chair may be used only after signing Appendix No. 1 to the Membership Agreement.
