The procedure is painless, does not emit UV radiation, and does not produce a heating effect. Contraindications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of red light therapy is not recommended in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pregnancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Epilepsy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnosed skin cancer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acute sunburn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acute thrombosis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of photosensitizing medications (e.g. certain antibiotics, antidepressants, retinoids)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is available from the age of 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have chronic conditions, are undergoing active treatment, or have any other health concerns, we recommend consulting a physician before using the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Usage Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session duration: 12\u201320 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum interval of 24 hours must be observed between sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove jewelry, piercings, makeup, and SPF products before the session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the protective goggles provided in the room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you feel unwell, stop the session immediately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Scope of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red light therapy provides well-being and relaxation before and after workouts.
