All of our Personal Trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. They are excellent motivators and will help you achieve your goals by demonstrating the positive effects of systematic training! Personal Trainers will assist you in becoming the best version of yourself, improve your well-being and boost your self-esteem!

Personal training is available for individuals, friends, or small groups of 2 to 5 people.

We offer personal training memberships for 1x, 3x, and 7x sessions.

The essence of personal training:

  • Your Trainer will create an individual training plan for you;
  • Assist in selecting appropriate exercises and weights to achieve your training objectives;
  • Determine the appropriate exercise load and intensity;
  • Teach the correct technical execution of exercises;
  • Educate, motivate and make training more fun!
