Nike Training Club is a group training inspired by professional sports, modified from world class athletes’ training methods and created by the team of highly appreciated Nike Master Trainers and Nike Performance Council. Coaches offer modification for most of the exercises, so you can always choose to either play it safe or go hard in your training. NTC focus mainly on 3 performance pillars: ENDURANCE, STRENGTH and MOBILITY.
