Co-ordination training that improves overall fitness. Suitable for athletes at all levels – beginners, experienced athletes, professionals.

NTC mobility training is a more low-intensity exercise based on the development of body coordination, elasticity and stability that will make it easier for you to feel in everyday life and to do also more complicated complexes of physical exercises. The exercise uses both static and dynamic exercises. This type of workout improves overall body movement and physical fitness.
