Figura 8 is a fitness program created for women, which includes dynamic corset-cardio training. The training structure consists of 3 phases – learning phase, cardio phase and sculpting phase. (learn, burn, sculpt)

The training is formed by seven Latin dance styles – merengue, samba, salsa, paso doble, jive, rumba and bolero, and this dynamic, but easy to learn training is suitable for any level of fitness.
