This fitness class is an innovative concept, where High Intensity Interval Training or Yang training components are combined with myofascial exercises, which are Yin training components. The high intensity part – YANG – is mostly focused on the external part of the body, such as strength development, while it is evened out during YIN training, focusing on the internal work with muscles, including myofascial exercises.

BAX is the perfect cross training, which moves from intense movements into deep effect exercises – work with detailed mind control and mental focus. BAX will fit all persons, who wish to recharge with strength and energy and find path to individual progress and the deeper exploration of their body and mind.
