It has been a while since MyFitness clubs closed their doors to visitors. Despite this situation, we are staying active, healthy and positive together with you.

Maintain your active lifestyle by working out online with MyFitness trainers. On the MyFitness Latvia Facebook page you will find more than 80 workouts by 33 trainers. New workouts are added daily. You can follow live workouts or get fit in your own time by choosing one of the past workouts.

 

// STAY HEALTHY

Feeding your body is just as important as getting it moving. The latest articles on our MOVE blog will help you maintain a well-balanced relationship, not only with your loved ones, but also with food.

For example: How do you plan meals for the week ahead?; How do you get enough fruit and vegetables in your diet?

 

// STAY POSITIVE

Our thoughts and mood reflect on us and those around us. During this difficult time in particular, we are offering diverse content that will put you in a more positive headspace. One example is the 30-minute video lecture by Professor Mārcis Auziņš: “Meditation for the Urban Dweller”.
