JUST DON’T QUIT

 

The story is not about victory only, but about the way that leads you to it. This is hard – we are aware of it. We all have a goal that we wish to achieve, our way to it is harder than we imagine it at first, though. It is not that easy as to say JUST DO IT.  There are lots of questions to ourselves, a lot of pain, fear and excuses on our way.

The moment when we break is a part of our way. There is the only question – how you deal with this! At such moments we wish to get out. And that is the moment when we really need to hear the hidden phrase JUST DON’T QUIT.

 

Nike Training Club or NTC is a worldwide known activity that is designed on the basis of professional sportsmen trainings. This is a group activity that uses skills, exercises and principles in accordance with which world class sportsmen are trained. Strengthens the cardiovascular system, develops strength, coordination and balance.

 

From 01.02 to 09.03.2018 at sport clubs My Fitness will be held a challenge led by five professional coaches – Ance Olte, Kristaps Ence, Daiga Otomere, Evita Tomanoviča and Madara Treimane.

During this period (5 weeks) 83 NTC challenge trainings at 7 clubs will be available, to go through the whole challenge it is necessary to participate in 20 trainings.

 

The motivated coaches and the sports community of Nike Training Club will help you find inspiration, get closer to your goal and defeat the breaking point. How could you skip a training if there is a gym full of motivated athletes waiting for you?

 

There will be pleasant bonuses to the participants for a particular number of trainings:

 

  • Attend 5 trainings and get a 10%-discount for one product by MyFitness in MyFitness sport clubs, which participate in the challenge.
  • Attend 10 trainings and get a 20%-discount for one purchase in Nike stores – shopping centers Spice or Galerija Centrs.

NTC ENDURANCE – endurance training

Full body endurance training. Suitable for athletes at all levels – beginners, experienced athletes, professionals.

Endurance training is more than jumping exercises and multi-directional movements. It is a high intensity interval training with change of leisure, which develops speed, endurance and coordination.

 

NTC STRENGTH – strength training

Strength and muscle development training. Suitable for athletes at all levels – beginners, experienced athletes, professionals.

Strength training is based on various strength development exercises that are made up of shorter series, but more difficult level. The purpose of this workout is to become stronger and gain more muscle mass, using various difficulty exercises based on both your own weight and the weight of a companion.

 

NTC MOBILITY – mobility training

Co-ordination training that improves overall fitness. Suitable for athletes at all levels – beginners, experienced athletes, professionals.

NTC mobility training is a more low-intensity exercise based on the development of body coordination, elasticity and stability that will make it easier for you to feel in everyday life and to do also more complicated complexes of physical exercises. The exercise uses both static and dynamic exercises. This type of workout improves overall body movement and physical fitness.
