Full Body endurance training. Suitable for any level athlete – beginners, experienced athletes, professionals.

Endurance training is more than jumping exercises and multi-directional movements. It is a high intensity interval training with rest pauses, which develops speed, strength and coordination.

 

NTC STRENGTH – Strength Training

Strength and muscle development training. Suitable for any level athlete – beginners, experienced athletes, professionals.

Strength training is based on various strength development exercises that are made up of shorter series, but more difficult extent. The purpose of this workout is to become stronger and gain more muscle mass, using various difficulty exercises, both based on weight and relative weight.
