The AIM

• Promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Identify the strongest athletes/- me on the rowing ergometer at Concept 2 myFitness and other sports clubs during the autumn and winter 2022 seasons.
• Promoting and developing the benefits of indoor rowing training in improving health and fitness, as well as its performance in sports in Latvia.

VENUE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION

• The location and time of the competition, MyFitness Upītis, Ernesta Birznieka Upīša iela 21E, Rīga, LV – 1011.
• on 10 December, 2022, 11:00 o’clock. 
• We recommend arriving faster so you can warm up and fine-tune your sequence number and start time.

PARTICIPANTS AND PROGRAM

• Depending on the number of enrolled participants and their age, participants will be further divided into additional age groups, if necessary.
• Semi-final.
• Final.

*The youth application shall be entered into and signed by the parent or guardian of the child who is the legal representative/legal guardian of the child and who is thus solely responsible to the competition organizers for the appropriate physical condition of the young person in order to be allowed and able to participate in the competition.

MEMBERSHIP FEE AND REGISTRATION 

• For MyFitness members to any distance and categories EUR 5.00.
• For other EUR 8.00.
• Registration must be done on MyFitness web-page.
• Registration to competition till 6 December, 23:59 o’clock.
• The membership fee must be paid when the participant registers himself for competition on the MyFitness website on the competition registration page.

UPON REGISTRATION, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT:

• Takes responsibility for his/ her own health condition and fitness to compete.
• The participant has been informed and agrees that filming and photography will take place during the competition. These materials will then be published by SIA MyFitness on its social networks and website.
• The participant’s results will be published on the MyFitness website.

DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER

• The MyFitness sports Club Cup indoor rowing title will be won by contestants who won the chosen distance rowing on the ergometer Concept2.

AWARDING

• The award prices will get participants, who will get places from 1. – 3.place in each categorie.
• Award ceremony will be about 30min after the last set in MyFitness Upītis competition area.
• Prizes will be from MyFitness, Nocco and other friends. 

ORGANIZERS

• The organizer is My Fitness.
• The main judge is MyFitness private trainer – Mārtiņš Mellakauls.
• During the event, it is allowed to take photographs and film the event, its participants, visitors.
