Sāga – coming soon
In the autumn of 2021, the MyFitness Sāga sports club will open at Sāga shopping center, Biķeru 4, Dreiliņi. Premises will span a total area of 1 695 m2.
MyFitness continues to progress towards its goal of making a fitness club available to every member of the public, both in terms of location and in regard to the range of fitness activities on offer. It is another strategically important location for the MyFitness sports club chain, improving the quality of life for the residents of Mežciems, Dreiliņi and Ulbroka.
Representatives of the shopping center developers inform that Saga offers a concept that is already recognized in the world, but new to the Baltic market, combining shopping for home and garden, all sports, recreation, health and office center. And now the opening of the MyFitness sports club will be another important addition to already unique center.

Now, when the issue of health has become especially topical in society, the importance of physical activity is also emphasized by specialists in the field of medicine, as well as numerous studies have been conducted to substantiate the positive impact of physical activity on mental and physical well-being. We are pleased that more widely people are starting to take care of their health preventively and regular training in sports clubs becomes as their daily habit.”
The MyFitness Saga sports club will be located on the second floor and span a total area of 1,695 m2. It will host a spacious and modern gym equipped with the world’s most renowned Technogym machines. Two rooms will be assigned for group activities – for strength training, cardio workout and for calm and harmonious exercise. Also the MyFitness concept BOXBOX trainings will be available in the MyFitness Saga club.
There will be also sauna, that is an integral element of MyFitness sports clubs and are highly appreciated by long-standing members of MyFitness.
The sports club will also be fitted with a special examination room where instructors perform body tests to find out the person’s biological age, lean body mass, body fat etc. These indicators are not only of interest for the client but also essential for the instructor to put together an accurate and effective workout programme.
The MyFitness company was founded in 2008 in Estonia, when the first sports club was opened in Tallinn. MyFitness quickly became the biggest sports club network in Estonia; in just a few years it expanded the number of its sports clubs to a double digit figure. In 2014, MyFitness entered the Latvian market and is now the biggest network in the Baltics.
